This delicious dish of Rajasthani delicacy is served with savory ball-shaped roasted Baati amply applied with pure Deshi Ghee (clarified butter), spicy Daal (curry of the lentils)- Urad (black gram), Moong (green gram) and Tuwar (pigeon pea) seasoned with normal spices and tempered with onion, garlic, green chili, ginger etc., sweet Choorma made from roasted balls of wheat flour added with Mawa (condensed milk), poured with plenty of Deshi Ghee, sweetened with sugar and garnished with dry-fruits, like- cardamom, cashew, almond etc., rice and Besan Gatta (curry of spicy and tangy gram flour pieces ). The dish is relished with roasted Papad, a chilled glass of salty-sour Chhachh (Butter Milk), green chili-coriander and garlicky red Chutneys.
