The delectable Kachauri/Kachiri made from round balls of refined flour added with gram flour dough, stuffed with baked lentil- split moth beans (Moth Mogar Daal) seasoned with basic spices- salt, red chili, Garam Masala (assortment of several spices), coriander powder, diced green coriander leaves etc. and deep-fried in Vanaspati Ghee (hydrogenated cooking oil) is a spicy snack. Served hot, it is relished with tamarind chutney. The taste is available from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.
