Sona Lassi Bhandar ki Makhaniya Lassi

Commonly used as accompaniment for meals, Chhachh (Butter Milk)/ Lassi (Sweetened Butter Milk) is one of the easiest to make indigenous drink. It is essentially made from fresh curd and water. The ingredients are blended well and the chilled drink is served. Chhachh is usually plain or garnished with roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves and salt. The sweetened version of this drink (which has sugar instead of salt) is equally relished, popularly known as Lassi (Sweetened Butter Milk).
