What a delectable Rajasthani Thalee (platter), served with spicy, tangy, sweet delicacies that include- Bajre ki Roti, spicy shallow-fried Parantha, buttered Naan, Poorees etc. to be relished with a variety of fried curries and vegetable, like- green gram (washed & washed) Daals, semi-solid yellow Daal, chickpea curry, green peas, potato, capsicum and tomato curry, Gatte ki Sabji, tangy Kadi, cheese and green peas curry, Kair-Sangri ki Sabji, pakadi, Ganthiya etc. Thalee also include Khaman Dokla with fried green chilies, salad comprised of sliced onions, lemon, cucumber, tomato, sweet & tangy chutney, spicy green coriander chutney which further augment the taste and flavor of all these delicacies.
