Bhati Tea Stall ka Bread Pakoda

Usually served as snacks or appetizers, Pakaudi is eaten all across India. It is also known as Bajji in southern India, and as Bhajiya in the state of Gujrat, Maharashtra and certain parts of Rajasthan. Many varieties are made using different ingredients like onion, potato, spinach, paneer, cauliflower, tomato, green chilies or occasionally bread and dipped in a batter of besan (gram flour) and then deep-fried. They are often served hot with chutney (sauces) or ketchup.
