The small sized puffed Kachauris/Kachoris prepared from fine flour (maida) stuffed with the filling of overnight soaked Moong Daal (green gram) seasoned with normal spices and Heeng (asafoetida) and deep-fried in ground nut oil is a spicy snack. It is served hot by topping with four different types of homemade sauces, like- spicy green chili-coriander chutney, mint-coriander chutney, garlic-spinach-red chili-lemon chutney and sweet & sour tamarind- jaggery chutney along with fried green chilies.
