The use of Heeng (asafoetida) adds a special taste and aroma to the Daal of this eatery tastes yummy due to the use of, which makes it rich in the aroma as well.

The Taste

This spicy Daal is prepared from the pulses, like - split and washed Urad (black lentil) mixed with split and washed chana (gram) and nicely fried with usual spices, chopped onions, garlic, green chili etc. and garnished with coriander leaves. Sliced lemon and onions further add to the taste.
