Daulat ka Chhatta

The Chhatta, a very delicious sweet Ice-Pop is the most sought after frozen dessert made from crushed ice wrapped around a stick in an umbrella shape, hence called Chhatta. It is richly applied with the Sharbats (sweetened water flavored with fruit juices, fruit extracts and spice extracts) of various colors and flavors and topped with deliciously yummy Rabadee/Rabri (semi-liquid sweetened milk). It is mostly enjoyed during summers to beat the heat. Rabri is also served in a glass garnished with sweet Sharbats, ground cardamom, black salt etc.
